• If commercial music is used, then licensing via MCPS & PRS is required separately.
Our recommendation is that we obtain permission to use a track that one of your
DJ’s or Producer contacts, has made and is willing to allow your video to feature
their music. This is perhaps a much better option as not only is it fully legal, but it
is also the cheapest and gives your DJ/Producer excellent promotion for which you
would be to thanked for.

• Mileage charged one way @ 60p per mile from Southampton.

• Filming time is continuous from your chosen start time
(eg for a 2 hour package 11-1am).

• If filming for something such as a laser show or interview is not within your
package’s 'time window' that you nominate. Then a £50 surcharge is applicable to
keep the camera crew on location to wait until that event happens.

• Waiting for a specific event is limited to a maximum of 3 hours, either side of the
booked 'time window'.

• Any more than a 2 hour drive, back to Southampton will incur a £75
accommodation supplement (as defined by google maps route planner).

• 7 day turn around for editing.

• Professional interviews generally account for about half an hour of filming time.

• Packages bought must be used within a 12 month period.

• Presenter training is delivered on same day as filming, as training on a separate
day will incur additional time and travel costs.

• Professional TV presenters where used, may incur their own travel costs depending
on their location. This can be confirmed prior to booking.

• Copyright is retained by HDclubTV and the video is fully licensed for your own
publicity purposes.

• We reserve the right to use footage for our own promotional purposes.

• Production will have a short, discreet production credit for HDclubTV.co.uk at the
end of the video. This can be removed as an option but at a 50% surcharge
because it would then be a bespoke production with no potential for referral, which
subsidizes production in the first instance.

• Production credit must remain in tact at the end of the video and can not be
altered or removed with out permission.

• On the night of filming a poster should be displayed at the venues entrance (which
we email you in advance as part of the package), to cover the legalities and
permissions involved in filming people.
